Maybe Adam wasn't the right person to contact, and it wasn't he who responded, but as I said, all I got was "we'll look into it". Then nothing.

btw - If I have to clean out the change drawer every time I valet a car, should I also take the windshield wipers with me? What about the hubcaps? C'mon.
