By chance did you try to get a response via "normal" ways (i.e. hotel manager, calling hilton, e/mailing hilton) that someone would vent if they weren't a part of FT?

I would cut Adam a bit of slack here as he and his staff are quite an amazing addition here on FT.

Also, per chance, it was noted during the Hilton Chat last week that Adam was on vacation recently...
