As a gold member with 29 nights this year, I would have expected more. I have since suspended my patronage of ALL Hilton properties, and am giving my business to Hyatt. 20 nights since.

Doesn't anybody care anymore?

Not that I am making excuses, but I wonder if this is the hotel that is no longer a Hilton. I know that one hotel in Baltimore has become a Radisson. Is this it?
