I hated it. Hated everything about the property - poor/indifferent staff, horrible rooms, total lack of service, $ to get into town, lack of food service. The only good thing was the closeness to the beach.

I wrote a previous trip report detailing my stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. After talking with the GM both during and after my stay and not receiving any satisfaction at all I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere. There are many other properties/apartments/etc. that are less expensive, better located, and seemed to have happier and more accommodating staff.

I'm really not all that "high maintenance" and have to say that this really ranks in the top 5 all-time worst properties no matter what hotel. Feel free to PM me if you want further information.

On the other hand - Wavelengths who took me out to the reef two days was incredible! I would HIGHLY recommend them!
