thank you for the posts. I just spent two days at the Park Tower. I received an executive room (benefit is higher floor and dvd, with a view of hyde park and london skyline: we could see the London Eye too). The service was good but I did see quite a bit of "DYKWIA" and used it to my advantage Anyways, the lift (elevator) is very interesting as you have chose your floor before you enter the elevator, or else u'll be wondering where the buttons are. All in all, a great stay. However, the room service was very slow and we needed to call more than once to restock the minibar. A nice property with easy access to the underground and hydepark, I'd definitely return if I were to return to Knightsbridge area.
