I can't believe we're being held to these T&C's - "terms and conditions" or something like that. I just clicked through all that stuff, and now they say that I can't cancel my flight! Outrageous.

And why is it, that when I go to book a flight to Australia for Christmas, it's more expensive than in the middle of June? Unbelievable. No other airline acts with such arrogance towards it's passengers.
