notgoingbacktosteerage Eidelweiss, Monarch, First Choise, Livingston, Balair, Thompson all fly either B767 or A330 aircraft direct to Europe with a lot more passengers than BA's B777's, so not a problem there. MLE on a B777 will prob be around just over 10hrs (give or take). Many years ago Ba's B777's used to do the LHR-CPT route which is around 12hrs normally, so it's not a problem to do the MLE-LGW direct.
