I have had a "random" check with my Nexus 3 times at YYZ already. the 3rd time it was the same customs agent he laughted and said "you again" and just told me to keep going.
I was on my way home from PVG via ORD last week and tried to use my Nexus pass instead of passport.. I did not have my Canadian passport with me as its full, and at passport office getting replaced. I didnt want to use the other passport and have to get fingerprinted. Anyhow they cannot use Nexus card, or that officer didnt know how.
