So glad to hear you LUV it! It can be difficult to brew a decent pot of coffee at altitude BUT the company has invested in a better product and has educated the FA's better as to the INS and OUTS of Java-at-Altitude! Our coffee supplier said the FIRST thing we had to do to improve the taste was to get away from styrofoam cups (I really think the new cups look much more sharp) and the new cups are much more environmentally friendly!

The new creamer makes it taste much smoother and the fact that it's all tied to a charity is wonderful! While we can't ALWAYS deliver wonderful coffee on every flight, I think your chances of enjoying your cup of Joe are much better now! Sit back, Relax and Enjoy!
