In the US, there is *no* telephone number available to contact OnBusiness; but rather, only the possibility (after much searching) to send an email. (Point redemptions for flights is handled by BAEC.)

You can draw your own conclusions regarding BA's (i) level of customer service; and/or (ii) interest in the On Business program.
