I'm here right now, on a pretty low rate with a vendor in the area. It's an OK hotel.

Internet: Wired and wireless via wayport. Works with my Boingo connection.

TV: 32" LCD/Plasma to the left of the bed.

TV channels: Excellent. History Channel, Travel Channel, Food Network, etc. Lots of things most hotels at this level don't have.

Upgrade for Platinum: None, SPG floor

Platinum amenities: $10 minibar credit (no minibars in room so F&B credit), free movie, beer and popcorn, or points. I took points.

Lounge: Decent size, OK food offerings, little short on food in general, but did have free beer and wine

Gym: Sad. Very small gym - if you're interested in working out I'd look elsewhere.

Room quality: Fair to good. Newer furniture, but laid out oddly and feels pretty tight.

Other: Sound noise from I-580 is pretty loud, and I'm on the side of the hotel away from the interstate. There's a large mall in the parking lot, with requisite food options.

At the rate I'm paying - $115 - not too shabby. I don't know if I'd spring for the regular rate.
