Why Does Hyatt hide many of its hotel entrances?

The new Hyatt on King Street in Toronto seems to be up and running (after conversion from being a Holiday Inn) but on my recent pass bys I have yet to locate a real entrance. There used to be a covered car entry on the side of the building but it now seems to be walled up. And on the main King Street side there are one or two rather minor looking doors aside from those of the Starbucks and a radio station that anchors the western corner.

On my first stay at the Park Hyatt Seoul, I could not find the main entrance and ended up in a restaurant after going into what looked to be an office tower foyer.

This ultra-kewl approach to architecture can go to extremes!

If I ever do figure out how to get into the new Toronto Hyatt, it will make for some nicely priced Mattress Runs with an introductory C$105 a night rate.
