I'm 0 for 2 as well. Have come to the point that I like the rooms themselves, find the butler service to be hit or miss (first butler was great, second was crap), and strongly dislike the location.

Unless I can get a guaranteed suite upgrade before my next stay, I believe I'll be patronizing the Conrad from now on - nice executive lounge, great staff, and I prefer the location (helps that the rates are always lower than the St. Regis).
