Wow. You'd really do a chargeback for a ticket because the luggage was delayed? I can't see the credit card company taking your side on that one-- they airline transported the passenger, and therefore, the airline gets to keep your money. I believe it is impossible to do a "partial" chargeback, so I'm not sure this is good advice. But two thumbs up on checking out the travel insurance on the credit card-- lots of people have the insurance but don't know it, and never file a legitimate claim.
