I did consider email but discounted it, if I can't find an international number in all the BAOB literature I have at home I'll try that to get it for later.

Sadly it looks as if they've moved a number of services over to 0844 with no great regard for those abroad. Thinking about it, I wonder how callers from Ireland get on (given that the UK and Ireland schemes were as one).
