I`m afraid I have not much time between connections and not so familiar with ORD airport and not at all with CLT. I have US Airways connecting to United flight in CLT, don`t know terminal #`s. In ORD, I have to go from terminal 1 to 5 (United to Swiss flight). If anybody has any advice on how to make the transitions smoother, i`d really appreciate it. My last experience in ORD wasn`t so good as no one knew where I need to go, and there was no info on the screens. Also, if you fly on either of airlines frequently and know what to expect, can you please tell me if i should have check-in luggage or just take a carry on (connection time is about an hour, had lost luggage on Delta because of 2 hours connection time)
