It seems that many in the UK who have changed flights booked during this sale have received a refund because of lowered taxes. The BA Exectuive Club office in the USA refuses to issue a credit.

Has anybody in North America managed to get a refund? Is there any way that those of us living in NA can claim the refund?

I changed our outbound flight to the UK in June and the difference in taxes is substantial.

I agree with the poster who indicated that we got a great deal during this sale, however I would think that the rules of refund or no refund of taxes should apply equally no mater where you happen to live.
