I have let HH know by phone and in writing that this is happening. My CC details are not on the account so my data is safe.
For the moment I am just going to sit back and let the points accumulate...both in HH and in Aeroplan. Just checked the HH accoutn and there was another recent stay! If HH doesn't fix it then I have done my part and will use the points myself...
