The OAK lane this morning was not enforced, and about 40 people were queued up. The regular line had about 70 people.
I've been through OAK two weeks in a row and the line hasn't been enforced either week. One week it was closed(!), confusing several A listers and BS'ers.
We'll see if SJC is any better this week.
