The OAK lane this morning was not enforced, and about 40 people were queued up. The regular line had about 70 people.
I figured that people were crashing the Fly By Lane, since I've never seen more than 10 people in line when the lane was enforced. However it turned out that every BP I could see was A-list or (mostly) BS. I got through the line in 5 minutes, which is about the upper limit of what the Fly By Lane should be able to guarantee.
Fly By has been 100% enforced and working perfectly at LAX for months. This performance will be essential as the summer travel season starts.
