Flew with a friend who got a boarding pass on a reconnect but it was not hers, two people on the same flights with the same first and last name (fairly common name). It was the other person who noticed, she got her pass, and came over to us and said "I think I should have the blue pass and you should have the gold one" . We sent her back a few drinks.
