Did the printed C menu show "mid-flight" snack?

I flew SFO-PEK last week and menu did mention mid-flight snack include sandwiches, noodles, etc. Half way during the flight, the FA acutally walked with a trayful of heated turkey sandwich rolls througout the C cabin dishing them out.

Perhaps mid-flight snacks were not offered due to NRT-SFO has shorter distance (and with a strong tailwind) and shorter flying time.
