Agreed. CO demonstrated that fact quite admirably when they added CO38/39 on EWR/STN with a B752; in the first three months, CO had a load that averaged about twenty percentage points lower than the first three months of operation to either BRS or BFS. STN flights were very light. It looks like a second route to the environs of London from EWR is just not viable.
