Personally I would go into Queens for a nice dinner. I'd take the new Airtrain to the E station in Jamica and then go to 71st Street/Continental Avenue/Forest Hills. There on Queens Blvd are a whole bunch of places to eat including some good Italian on 75th Street called "The Family." Other then a good meal and lounging I don't know if there is anything that you CAN do.
