I concur -- not so much dirty as it is worn.

Was in the Cleveland club recently and the floor there is nothing to be proud of -- grout is more black than white.

And then of course there is the makeshift stall door in the upper level Newark club.

Better than the terminal alternative but not what you'd expect for a membership facility.

SFO club is great -- in the drawer under the sink they have a full complement of emergency toiletries.
