I just sent a email to the PC via the online contact form on co.com as OPFlyer suggested. I just went in real quick at the end of a MR to get some soda and use the restroom; but if it's like that next time I'm there I definitely will say something to the station manager. It was really shocking, I've been to a lot of different PCs and never seen anything like that.
