And, my final question, if I have a simple (redemption) return at the moment, but want to make it a (redemption) open-jaw, can I do this just by calling up and asking to change the return to a new date and airport, or does it have to be done by cancelling the existing booking and re-booking? If the latter, is there any way of securing the new flights so that I don't risk losing the original flights, and the new flights having gone while I wait for the miles to re-credit?
