I give LY as the example because they fly twice daily to LHR (with 747, 777 or 767 - which means more LHR seats then CONTINENTAL in some cases) and now added once daily to LTN operated by 767. The Luton route had good loads on its first week, and the second week began today.

So I believe EWR-LTN would have good loads if CO will fly there with b757 and if the LUTON prices will be cheaper then the LHR prices.
IIRC, there is a large Jewish population in North London, so LTN (N of London) makes sense for LY. Not so much for CO!
