Crowne Plaza Boston-Newton
Looks like a conversion of the Sheraton Newton to Crowne Plaza on 1 June 2009. Not sure how much of an asset this will be to IHG having looked at Tripadvisor reviews - the hotel is situated literally above the Massachusetts Turnpike.
