The Hilton at Logan has always been very accomdating re my being a gold member. A few weeks ago when I checked in the girl at the front desk said she was very sorry but all upgraded rooms were sold out but she immediately told me I had full access to the concer lounge. In fact, in the 10 or so times I have stayed at the Logan Hilton, this was the first time they were unable to upgrade me.
