Either wait for the A380 the next day, or, if there is a difference in fare (don't think there is on QF like SQ), refund the one you paid for the A380 and buy a cheaper one on the B747.

I would argue no compensation is due for an equipment change of this nature if you are flying First, Premium Economy or economy. Even if you bought a business class ticket I think Qantas is pretty open that equipment is subject to change and I think the public would accept this for the A380. (Much different to the situation where a 743 with cradle seats was substituted for a 744 which had skybeds, there was a clear case for compensation in those cases which Qantas paid.)
