Try this site. Scroll down to the map. Green dots mean direct flights, otherwise indirect. Rio has a green and orange dot since it has both the domestic and international airports. After selecting MAO, if you can carefully select GIG (green), it will show as Direct. This is the one flight per day. All others make a stop or a connection.
