Check in online and print your boarding pass 24 hours before your flight. At T5, go to check-in Zone H (for Club/Silver) or Zone J (for First/Gold) to have your passport checked.

Fast Track security has been extended to the boarding pass checkpoint at Security South (the security checkpoint behind Club/Silver check-in). Take the right hand lane for Fast Track.

After security, turn right for the Concorde Room (if you're in First) or left, down the escalator, back on yourself and then up the escalator again for the Galleries First and Galleries Club lounges. There is also a Galleries Club at the northern end of the terminal and in the T5B satellite.

I suggest 3 hours for the Galleries Club/Galleries First or 4+ hours for the Concorde Room.

If your flight departs from the B gates and you only have access to the Galleries Clubs, go straight to T5B when indicated on the screens, as you can use the quieter lounge there.
