Not necessarily. It is possible for UA to set up a non-symetrical access agreement with SQ. They do this with US for respective members of their clubs for example. I understand this is not exactly the same thing as *G access rules, but it could still be done. It would cause some howls among UA *G folks, but heck, there's real money involved here...
