Ok.... so what then is the price and is the previously mentioned headset included...?
The pre-launch deal price is (AFAIK) $699 with a free headset, or $699 - 10% discount with no free headset. Retail price is set at $699 (in the US at least) so the 10% discount is currently the cheapest way to get it.
