It won't cancel that quickly. It takes awhile.
Example, if you're schedule to fly:
5/10 9am BOS-ORD
5/10 12pm ORD-DEN
5/10 6pm DEN-SFO
And they don't scan BOS-ORD, your ORD-DEN and DEN-SFO aren't canceled immediately. Ie, you won't be screwed when you show up at the gate in DEN.

seg 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
Seg 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 were all on wed
6, 7, 8 were on thursday
seg 1, 2 posted.
seg 6, 7 posted (i wouldn't expect 8 as it was evening, and usually takes an extra day for the evening flights)
seg 1-5 are gone from my itineraries
so it seems like seg 1 & 2 posted because they were before all the crazy re-routes. 3, 4, 5 are gone from my itineraries, and not posted.
i'll still take ur advice and not call or submit anything until afterwards. but i sense seomthign is wrong. i wonder if anyone else has ever had similar.
Nice MR
So, are you viewing your PNR under the "current" MyItineraries? Or are you clicking to the "view previous trips" link?
If the PNR is still "active" under the "current" MyItineraries along with your future travel, then don't fret. The PNR hasn't purged yet. So not all the trips have been processed yet.
Many times I have had segments post out of order. No problem.
Once your PNR is purged (ie only available under the "view previous trips" link in MyItineraries) then wait until the next business day. If all your segments still have not posted (and its been over the 1 week, aka 5 business day, criteria) you should fill out the online form AND fax in your BP's to the fax number listed in the FAQ. For complicated things such as re-routes due to mis-connects (that have edited or modified your ticket heavily, and perhaps not linked all the coupons properly) I would fax the BP's in also. Just to be sure. Cuz, I am sure that the online form simply looks at things via ticket number linking, which may not be done properly under the PNR.
You can check to see if your ticket coupons have all been used. If you have the BP's with the ticket numbers on them, you can call the UA refunds dept and play with the automated computer (use touch-tone to enter in the ticket numbers) and it will tell you which ticket coupons have been used and which are still available. Obviously the available ones would be the ones whose mileage has not posted.

I think that there's a maximum of 4 coupons (aka segments) per ticket number, so your trip probably spans a couple ticket numbers. You do have all your BP stubs right?
