As far as I understand it to be, it's rather simple. Any MILES that credit to you FF account will count to MM status. Points are irrelevant. So all your flight miles, bonus miles, miles from purchases on the CC, and the 25,000 bonus would all count. So, it seems like all those miles add up to about 94,000 (caveat: I have poor calculator skills).

The points are only relevant for elite qualification / challenges.
