Which miles count for million miler status? (consolidated)

Let's say, I get an AAdvantage/Citi credit card and buy a JFK-BKK round-trip business class ticket (booking class: J, JFK-NRT one-way miles: 7,000, NRT-BKK one-way miles: 3,000 for convenience) with the credit card. JFK-NRT is AA-operated and AA-coded, but NRT-BKK is JL-operated and AA-coded. I also buy a BKK-HKG coach class round-trip ticket with the credit card. It's CX-operated and CX-coded, the booking class is H, and BKK-HKG one-way miles: 2,000 for convenience. The total price of the tickets is $7,000. I'm an AAdvantage Platinum member. Miles I will receive upon completion of the flights:

1) Actual flown miles
A: 14,000 (JFK-NRT-JFK: AA-operated, AA-coded)
B: 6,000 (NRT-BKK-NRT: JL-operated, AA-coded)
C: 4,000 (BKK-HKG-BKK: CX-operated, CX-coded)
2) Business class bonus
A: 3,500 (25% of JFK-NRT-JFK)
B: 1,500 (25% of NRT-BKK-NRT)
C: 0
3) Platinum member bonus
A: 14,000 (100% of JFK-NRT-JFK)
B: 0 (because it's JL-operated)
C: 4,000 (100% of BKK-HKG-BKK)
4) Miles from credit card purchase
7,000 (from $7,000 purchase)
5) Bonus miles for new credit card members
25,000 (spend $750 or more within the first 4 months, receive 25,000 miles)
6) JFK-Tokyo bonus miles
15,000 (round-trip booked and traveled between 4/22 and 9/30)
My understanding is that "points" are counted towards the annual elite status (G/P/EP) but million miler status. And miles that are counted towards million miler status are only 1-A and 4 from the above list. Am I correct? I've been about this for a while and wanted to clarify. Could anyone please clarify? Thanks!
