Not totally sure what you mean by shuttles
However, when we board a flight we usually do it by inviting those travelling in our CE/CW and F cabins, together with any BAEC Gold and Silver card holders and any OW Emerald and Sapphire members. At LGW we check boarding passes as you go through.
Unless your BP shows one or the other then we wouldn't immediately have knowledge of your previous flight in J/F. We'd have to look in the system for that and when boarding there's not really time to do this.
