Mileage not posted, am I being silly and too anxious?

So I had a MR on Wed. There were 4 delays causing 4 misconnects so I was basically rerouted every time I landed. Of course, being a mileage whore, I tried to use this to my advantage to route for more miles, but failed and I actually got less miles on one piece, but made up for it by getting more miles on a different piece, so it all came out even. However, because I was re-routed 4 times, at one ponit, they used the wrong ticket i guess for one of my segments (I have 4 one ways on the same PNR), so they used a part of my saturday ticket for a route last wednesay. oops. luckily, a CSR at IAD found it and eventuall fixed it.

now today: i notice my short flights posted for wednesday, but not my long flights. i also see most of my flights thursday (same pnr) posted.

so i'm worried if my long flights on wednesday will post, or if something went wrong. i've never had a ua flight take more than 2 days to post. i can't figure out why they didn't post except maybe after i flew, when they "clenaed" up my ticket, they somehow deleted the segments that i flew?

my question is should i call and ask for those segments to get posted? or should i wait a few more days.

some concerns: some of my re-booking was in Y, so I'd love to keep the Y bonuses, especially since i was so inconvenienced by all the reroutes. am i being silly wanting this resolved now, or should i just wait a few days and maybe magically it will post. i get concerned since my thursday flights have posted per the normal schedule, it seems odd my wed flights are still missing.

suggestions for this irrational mileage freak (me)?
