This lowly travel agent always understood it was contrary to a vendor member services agreements in place with the credit card companies to pass on the cost of the merchant fee to consumers. Has this changed?
All MI hotels follow the merchant agreements but as noted they do vary by region in the world (off the top of my head I'm not sure which regions if any do this)
