So that would indicate that you can rescind a bad review if TA agrees with your request to do so.
It is also against policy to accept multiple reviews on a property from an individual. I understand the need to prevent management or an aggrieved guest from posting multiple rants or raves. In my case, I wanted to post a 2nd review 3 years after my original stay. They eventually posted it, but removed the first review. My fault for not knowing the rules, but I would have combined them if I'd known.
