Question Hardly important, but what DOES it mean?
Lounge complex at LGW - glass sliding doors which access the entrance say in big letters across the front "CIP Lounge"...

What does CIP mean / stand for?

Hardly important and not all that interesting (!), but bugs me everytime I pass through as I don't know what it means...

It even refers to it as CIP here when I Google it...:

And whilst we're talking about LGW - no priority boarding for Silver / Golds on yesterday's 6.40am to MAN. C'mon LGW - thought you guys were doing this everytime nowadays!!!
