Anyways, I see plenty of award space but no upgrades. This seems to be quite common these days. HI flights, a whole bunch of BOS flights I checked and probably many others. Rather counterintuitive IMO and a complete reversal of what I usually see. Not complaining (it's nice to have so much award space) just curious.
Any idea why this is happening and how to deal with it?

I asked 1K agent to get in touch with inventory management to convert one XF into NF so hopefully it goes through. I am not that concerned for myself - as a 1K I am sure it will clear but my wife's priority is less certain if it goes to the gate.
