Another unwanted flight credit posting

Another new ticketing system with a blank RR# field posted to my account the day of the flight. Ordinarily this would not be a significant concern but right now it is a big one for me. In part due to the ATA shutdown last Spring and in part due to a (non-SWA) travel fiasco shortly thereafter, I already have more awards than I'll likely be able to use in the next 12 months. As a result of these two flights "magically" hitting my account, another award will probably be triggered this weekend due to an incoming Visa credit. I'll be quite surprised if I am able to use it before September 2010 or so. With my flying patterns the $50 award extension fee is a huge diminution of the award value. Unless another workaround can be found, I'm currently thinking I'll have to move all my revenue flights to another airline for a year or more (then reevaluate once the details of RR 2.0 are known).

SWAVictor, do you have any insight as to what is happening here? One additional difference between the two flights that posted and the one that didn't is that the two that posted had the RR removed after booking by an RSA (that technique worked fine in the old ticketing system). The one that didn't post was originally booked in the old ticketing system without an RR# in the first place; it was rebooked over the phone under SODA, and I'm unsure whether that put it in the new system or not.

If anyone knows of a way to remove flight credit postings so they can be added later, I'd love to hear about it (before customer service closes today).

I have some guesses about techniques that might be effective for future bookings, but it could take months for me to personally test them.
