simong is right as to australian marriotts. Thats what i refer to when i say location specific. The note doesn't come up for us marriott but im cruious as to when the chain allowed this to take place as i wasn't aware the chain implemented this additional charge for any geographical region. I did not say all marriotts but mention chain to mean marriott the hotel company.
