Should be "expected entry in 2009". See the annual report of LH: "Brussels Airlines wird im weiteren Jahresverlauf in die Star Alliance aufgenommen."

Can I ask how you selected those hubs? Just as an example, why would DUS not be a hub, but GVA or even BSL would be one?
