It seems as if he'll not be able to use points to by an award ticket in my name so long as he is in the HH setup.
So am I correct in thinking that he'll need to remove her from the household account and just be an individual member. Is that correct? There have been no changes to his household account in the last year or so - hence I don't see any problems with the one-change-per-six-months clause.
Can this be done over the phone with BAEC staff? Or online via his account page? He's already being generous with me and I want to take up as little of his time chasing these rules as possible and just give him a 1-2-3 list of what's needed. So any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Yes, remove the daughter - should be managable online through his account, assuming he's the head of the HHA - and his account reverts to a normal account. Then he's free to make redemption bookings for anyone.
