Thailand has some of the best hotels in the world. There are several excellent SPG, Marriott, Hilton, ICH, Hyatt, Accor properties in all the 3 cities you mentioned. There are also several good local brands such as Dusit (Dusit Thai in Bangkok, D2 in Chiang Mai, etc.)

For how long are you staying in Thailand?
