I just got back form an absolutely great stay at PH Moscow (my second time there). Once again I can't think of anything to question there.
Perhaps you can share your experience on Ararat thread - I am curious what happened.
Based on my experience I'd definitely place Moscow in "get it" category - it's certainly on par with Milan and Zurich, the most direct and relevant comparisons.
